I've read various messages regarding the AIDS crisis among our people; a
singular issue. Please find below THE FACTS from the NCDC; the horse's mouth,
as posted by the NCDC on 13 Apr 1994 at 16:44:07:

The percentages are higher among blacks because of the ratio
(blacks:whites). However, the real vaules (the numbers) are higher among
