In the picture of ducks above, is Damon a yellow one or a black one? I can see where his line will be marketed -- the same guys who buy FUBU will buy his stuff. He'll probably win the rights to the trademark, and then anyone else who chooses to parody his stuff will be stuck with a lawsuit a 'la the Barbie Wars a few years back.
His plea will be that you can't parody a parody.
I guess I should trademark "Honkey" for my clothing line while it's still available. You think anyone will buy a pair of pants with a dualey version of that stuck on the butt?
