Zero Hour
The verdict is in, at least among the clan I've been hanging out with. Get the XBox 360. Now that Zero Hour has arrived, I'm going down to the local EBGames and see if I can get this controller to fit in my hands. All my friends are doing it.

You and about a billion others. I decided after work on Monday to go down to Best Buy in Hawthorne to get the Wallace+Gromit dvd that had vanished off the shelves everywhere else. I pull up to the parking lot and there's this line (lawn chairs and all) starting from the front of the store and going half way around the edge of the parking lot, and ending over at the driveway to Toys R Us. I start cruising for a space (yes, I know I'm stupid), and can't find any; the whole front of the store is blocked with media, satellite trucks, portable makeup rooms, etc. I slowly edge my way out of the parking lot and head home, chastened. Next day at work, I mention the circus I saw at Best Buy and my coworker says "Oh yes, the Xbox 360 came out".
