If you are rebuilding with wood I wouldn't be interested. However If you wanted to build with concrete I would. ICPS (insulated concrete panel sytems) are ever strong 6000 psi, they are 17' long light wieght, water tight and easy to work with. We would start with a simple footing, then set a 6"x4'x17'styrepfone panel with a #10 ga. wire over it and finally it is sprayed with concrete. Also why don't we hear about any hydrgen fuel cells and solar panels being used?
