My Hell
Suddenly, I have a need to wash my hands, brush my teeth, get on my knees and pray. I have seen a vision of my personal Hell. Oh My God. I've seen these people show up in the 'hood at King Day parades, and I just want to get out my shotgun. They actually believe that they can save the black man. I'm all for calling people 'brother' but you know? What do I need to do to be saved from such a fate?
I'm sorry. That's just scary.

I swear these are the people that create a whole new generation of conservatives every couple decades.
This reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend the other day. Not all protesters are/were created equal.
If you protested and helped integrate a lunch counter or a school, then you deserve all the credit in the world. However, if you're one of the majority (but not all) of modern day protesters, and you're just a spoiled college brat with nothing better to do, then I have no respect for you. Fight for a respectable cause, not a personal interest or a fringe agenda.
Free speech is free speech, with all the advantages and drawbacks that that entails, but for God's sake, don't expect other people to care just because you feel like you have the right to cross-breed with a billy goat posing as a 90 year old man.

Damn.
Why?

It's a free country, and thank God for it. One can only hope the freaks and anarchists are willing to let me and mine do as we will, much as we'll let THEM do as they wilt.
Still . . . shotgun .... sounds tempting.
