It is already happened with assult rifles.
Soon it will be happening with computer hardware that will run without DRM.
I know I brought some DVD-burners as soon as they came out because I suspect they will be made illegal one day.

Have friends in Canada. I try to avoid even updading the drivers on my burners. You never know what they might slip in there.
